Podcasts for Intensive Care

Although this is not directly related to a specific article (sorry Dan) I thought this would be a good medium to recommend the podcasts from the Critical Care Society and NEJM. You can download them for FREE via Itunes. I have then burned them onto CDs to listen to them in the car on the way to work.

I wonder if Dan would let other people recommend similar methods of keeping up to date.

Other useful resources you should check out are…

http://www.bmjupdates.com – (free) current literature reviewed for quality and relevance by McMaster University & practising physicians, then emailed to you.

http://www.F1000.com – (subscription) current literature reviewed by experts in the field.

There are links to both on the blogroll on the left. If you use others, let us know.

….but none as useful as interactive discussion with your peers!
